When I opened a bag of these 17mm sonu halibut pellets for the first time I knew I had a quality product.I have used numerous pellets over the years from a variety of suppliers and in my opinion these are much better than any others available.

Oil oozes from every pore

Many pellets  break up when you try to drill them which can be very frustrating but with these you can almost push the drill through them. I recently managed to drill half a bag without breaking a single one.

They also have  a high oil content,this is evident when drilling the pellets as you can  see the oil seeping from them as you drill them.

The break down time of the pellets is spot on .At water temperatures of 10 degrees the outside of the pellet begins to break down and leak off oil straight away making them an ideal pellet for barbel on a flooded river.

On a recent session I fished a river whish had just begun to fall after a flood., it was full of leaves  and all sorts of debris.I have usually found that this puts barbel off feeding but when I used the 17mm pellets results were instant.

I can honestly say these are the best large pellets I have ever used and most importantly the fish love them!
