I have won eight matches in the past six weeks thanks to a new trick which I use to create super-high Method feeder 'towers' absolutely packed with bait, using Sonu's deadly new Stiki Pellet powder.

This has been responsible for three match wins in a row at Higham Fishery in Leicester, two winning bags to 169lb at Makins Fishery, plus two victories at Coventry's Packington Somers and one at Hawksbury, Bedworth.

I use the 2mm Sonu Fin Perfect pellets as the basis of my approach and I mix these with Stiki Pellet Powder, following the instructions on the side of the Stiki Pellet container. Once the pellets are ready i use a big Preston Method feeder matched with the large Preston method mould.

Step one is to fill the mould just past the red insert with 2mm Sonu Fin Perfect pellets. I then tamp these down with my thumb, drop the hookbait into the mould, cover with more pellets and then tamp this second layer of pellets down.

Then I will add a third layer of 2mm Sonu Fin Perfect pellets before pressing the feeder into the mould and giving it a good, firm squeeze. I'll them press the button on the underside of the Preston Method Mould to release the feeder, then I add a fourth layer of 2mm Sonu Fin Perfect pellets to the mould before laying the feeder inside the mould once again and squeezing the Stiki Pellet Method Feeder Tower" out, ready to cast.

In summer such an aggressive feeding policy works wonders as carp are in full-on munching mode. Give the Sonu Stiki Pellet and Sonu Fin Perfect 2mm feed pellet attack a try next time you target a commercial water. You'll be amazed by the results.
