If you haven't tried the new SonuBaits' Whitefish boilies yet, then you are in for a treat and you need to be trying them right now.
These pellet-shaped boilies are available down to 6mm, and it is this smallest size that I have been having tremendous success with at venues such as Makins and Lindholme, with catches of carp from 50lb to 100 pound-plus.
Because the Whitefish boiliesd are a bright white colour, they really do stand out well in coloured water.
When Method feeder fishing, I use three different rods, depending on the distance I need to cast. For short casts I use the Preston 10' Carp rod, and for longer casts either the 11 foot or 12 foot Preston C Series tip rods.
Generally I always use 6lb Korum reel line for my commercial feeder work and the best hook for hair-rigging these 6mm SonuBaits' Whitefish boilies is, in my opinion, the Preston PR36, in a size 16.
I expect these Whitefish boilies to continue to get me extra bites into the autumn and winter because, to the best of my knowledge, there is no other white boilie as small, available in the shops.
Check them out at your nearest SonuBaits stockist.
