A method I use quite often when feeding my swim is to use pellets with different break down times.If I put down a bed of bait in a swim I want it to draw fish in straight away but also hours into a session I still want it to be leaking off attractors.
The mix before it goes in
A typical mix I use consists of Skinz feed pellet,tuna Spod mix and halibut pellets in 4,6 and 8mm.
Picture #1 shows the pellets after they have been in the water for 15 minutes.The skinz feed pellets are just beginning to break down and provide instant attraction in the swim.
