I've finally perfected my all-time favourite mix for moulding micro pellets around a Method feeder - and a combination of Sonu One To One Original Green Paste Powder and Sonu 2mm Fin Perfect Feed Pellets is the one that is doing all the damage.

I've had a fantastic summer, winning between 20m and 30 matches in the past couple of months. Mostly, the damage has been done by fishing the Method feeder - but using pellets moulded around it instead of groundbait.

However, to make the pellets stick to the feeder I have come up with the perfect recipe which is as follows: One part Sonu One To One Original Paste Powder (green), two parts Sonu Fin Perfect 2mm pellets, two parts water. Just tip the lot into a big mixing bowl and slosh them around together.

Now leave the mix for half-an-hour to 45 minutes, by which time the mix will have set solid.

After the time has elapsed, just crumble the mix apart with your hands and you are ready to fish. Best of all, this mix doesn't alter through the day in terms of its stickiness, it stays just as you mixed it, which is perfect every time.

Carp love hoovering up pellets on a Method feeder and this mix brings the right results every time. Try it next time you target a commercial where the Method works. I guarantee you will see your catch rate increase.
