Since joining the Sonubaits team i've done lots of experimenting with different baits and mixes, one that's really impressed me is the Supercrush Green and S pellet groundbait.
They are just so versatile I have had a lot of success, using these mixed 50/50 as a paste mix. The S pellet being finer makes a lovely texture for a soft paste. Mix it fairly wet as it takes a fair amount of water, if it's windy or towing add slightly more green to stiffen the mix. But fish it as soft as conditions will allow.
I have just had a short 3 hours session at my local, Oham lakes, and had 10 carp for 63 LB. Just feeding 1/2 a pot of soaked 4 mm Fin Perfect Feed Pellets after every carp and regularly striking the paste off to also feed the peg. Just to show how good this paste is, as I was packing up David the owner came over and asked what I had caught on, he tried the mix in the evening match and won with 87LB of carp.
